As part of the Hot Docs coverage over at In the Seats, I reviewed The Broker. The film examines the intricacies of an Iranian dating agency. Unlike North American matchmakers and dating apps, the agency run by Mrs. Sadri is all about maintaining the patriarchal order in society. You can read my full review of the film via the link below.
