I was recently asked by Ryan McNeil, the founder of the wonderful site The Matinee, to share a film that I did not enjoy at first but grew to love on second viewing. Ryan was soliciting films for the “Watch It Again” series currently running on his site this week. After giving it some thought, I decided to talk about my initial experience with David Fincher’s controversial film Fight Club. You can read the piece here.
Also, if you have not visited The Matinee before, be sure to bookmark Ryan’s site as he consistently cranks out thought-provoking content on all things film related.
