An official selection at this year’s SXSW Festival, Font Men is a unique look at something we all uses daily but rarely give much thought. Before recently parting ways, former competitors-turned-partners Jonathan Hoefler and Tobias Frere-Jones ran one of the most successful type design studios in the world. Making fonts for everyone from the Wall Street Journal to the President of the United States, no one understands type faces better than these two men. Created by Dress Code studios, Font Men is a film that really makes you think about the craft and detail that goes into the fonts we see daily.
