It is time to test your film knowledge with the July edition of I Have Scene It Before. Last month proved a little too easy as all 21 films were identified rather quickly. Here is this month’s selection of film scenes. How many can you identify?

7. The Island8. The Last Castle14. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (love that scene)17. Mammoth
20. Norwegian Wood21. The Man With No Name
15. Teen Wolf
1 – Notorious13 – Judgement at Nuremberg
10 – Black Narcissus
A popular feature…gotta be super quick if you want to guess these first 🙂 4 – The Red Balloon
Just because a person is quick does not necessarily mean that they are right. What I suggest is to submit your answers first and then looking at what others have guessed. #4 is correct.
Correct.
Both are correct.
Correct.
Wrong on both counts.
8 and 14 are correct.7 and 17 are wrong.
21. The Man From Nowhere… I mixed it up
3. Solo con tu pareja 18. Lie with Me
7. Bad Boysthats the only one i know for sure.12. Cool Runnings14. Ive seen but I cant remember it!
Correct. I figured that was what you meant to say in your original answer.
Both are correct. Bonus points for picking out the Canadian film of the bunch. I was positive that Lie with Me would be the one to stump people.
#7 is correct.#12 is wrong.I am pretty sure you have seen #14, it is a fairly popular indie film.
17. NoI haven't seen it, but it seems like that could be correct.
Is 9 uh… Ruby Sparks? I know that shot but I can't remember from what film. I also remember #6 but can't remember from what film as well.
The only one I knew for sure was Judgment at Nuremburg. I'd seen a few of the others, but didn't recognize them. You haven't answered Dan on #17, so I'll toss out my guess which is The Motorcycle Diaries.
ah, 14 is ESOTSM…I havent seen it. Plan on it though.

Nope, it is not that film. Thanks for reminding me that I still need to see "No" though.
You should definitely see that film. It might be a good one to include in your great Letterboxd film-a-thons.
#9 is wrong. Ruby Sparks has been sitting in my Netflix queue for a while but I have not got around to it yet. I am fairly certain you have seen #9 though. I am pretty sure I read your review on the film.As for #6, I will only say that people either love it or hate it with a passion. There is very little middle ground.
#17 is wrong, but you and Dan are both on the right track (i.e. politically influenced)
#17-Even the Rain?
Correct.
