I had the pleasure of joining Seventh Row’s Alex Heeney, Orla Smith and Brett Pardy on the Seventh Row podcast to discuss two recent Canadian documentaries that look at reclaiming history in unique ways. First, we discuss Aisling Chin-Yee and Chase Joynt’s No Ordinary Man and then dive into Cheryl Foggo’s John Ware Reclaimed. Although vastly different documentaries in subject matter, there is a lot that the two films have in common when looking at their themes and stylistic approaches.
